yeah i agree with that - as i said these days it simply doesn’t bother me anymore- the two are unrelated. i can’t say why it bothered me when i was younger - maybe it links to the same reasons people see art as a very direct link to their personality

Oh well I started to realize my thinking was stupid because sometimes I start to like something I used to dislike in the past. There used to be a situation where I disliked someone’s art and by default felt like I need to dislike the person too - I basically SEARCHED for flaws but later on I thought that they are actually a pretty decent person but I still don’t like their art. Why should it be different the other way round? |D

And then I broadened my view on art and realized that the artist’s personality doesn’t really influence your view on their art. You just make yourself believe so.

That’s my opinion though.
